What we collect
When you submit the checklist download form, we collect your name, work email, and role. When you submit the inspection request form, we collect property and contact details you provide, including your name, email, phone, and the property address and reason for the walkthrough.
Checklist checkmarks stay on your device
The 64 checklist checkboxes store only their checked/unchecked state in your browser's local storage. That state never leaves your device and is not sent to Liberty or any analytics service.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to confirm whether a property qualifies, confirm scope and access, and respond to your inspection request. We do not sell your information. Inquiry-response consent covers replies to your request, not unrelated marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics that records only safe, non-identifying events. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, property names, addresses, ZIP codes, unit information, reasons, requested areas, notes, or checkbox state to analytics.
Text message consent
By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree that Liberty Pest Control may call, text, or email you about your inspection request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Retention and deletion
Submitted inquiry data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your request and meet recordkeeping requirements. To request deletion of your information, contact us using the details below.
